The O4KASIBE crooner Dj Zeez, Olamide Dj GQ, (Top Radio) Chidima of Project Fame, star actor Femi Brainard and other celebrities are set to storm the Oniru beach for a show aimed at campaigning against breast cancer.
The show tagged party for life, is being organised by MariaSam Foundation and ‘Go Green’ organisation. It is aimed at creating awareness about the killer disease under a relaxed atmosphere.
Speaking at a parley recently the President of MariaSam Foundation and a breast cancer survivor, Adeoti Olusola, said: “as a survivor, I resolved to give back to humanity. We began to explore avenues to help the less privileged and lonely ones ,who cannot afford the medical expenses or do not have the needed environmental support for the treatment and management of this dreadful life taking disease such as cancer.”
Adeoti who promised to facilitate the building of an Oncology centre for Lagos University Teaching Hospital, LUTH, said the awareness campaign will hold on 26 November, 2011.
